Palácio da Pena is one of those places that transport you immediately back in time, with its romantic architecture it’s unavoidable not to fall in love with it and feel like you are living in a fairytale story.

It’s located in one of the most beautiful towns in Portugal, Sintra, right on the top of a hill in the town’s mountains.

My only regret visiting this place was not staying overnight in the town to be able to enjoy more of it and the surroundings.

Some postcards from Japan 🇯🇵

11 days after and hundreds of photos to go through, let’s hope they will all (or most of them) see the light here.

For those wondering how to plan a trip, let me share with you how was our itinerary:

✅ Landed at Kansai Airport → spend 4 days in Osaka

✅ Took the Shinkansen to Hiroshima → full day exploring the city

✅ Took the ferry to Miyajima Island → spend 2 nights in the island (highly recommend staying overnight — the island transforms once the crowds leave)

✅ Back to Hiroshima → took the Shinkansen to Kyoto

✅ Spend 4 nights in Kyoto
