Solid participation figures were also recorded at the Cremona Circuit for the second round of the WSK Final Cup, following the opener in Franciacorta. The qualifying practice sessions on Saturday, November 7th, revealed the first protagonists of this event. This will be followed by the qualifying heats. The final phase will take place on Sunday, November 9th.

Cremona (ITA), 07.11.2025
The second round of the WSK Final Cup has begun at the Cremona Circuit with the usual impressive participation of drivers from all over the world, featuring the major manufacturers and the most qualified teams. Following the opening round in Franciacorta on October 26th, which saw 357 verified drivers from 55 nations, this second event in Cremona is still recording very high numbers, with 336 verified drivers. This confirms that the world of international karting organized by WSK Promotion is the most attended globally.

Vulcain watches for all the winners.
Thanks to the new partnership between WSK Promotion and the prestigious Swiss watchmaker Vulcain, all winners of this second round of the WSK Final Cup will also receive a Vulcain watch as a prize.

Qualifying practice.
KZ2 โ€“ Skrivan debuts taking the pole position.
A great performance was delivered by the Czech driver Marek Skrivan (CPB Sport-Sodikart/TM Kart/LeCont), who, in his debut at this Final Cup, secured the KZ2 pole position with a time of 46.451s. He was 0.072s faster than the winner of the first round in Franciacorta, the Italian Cristian Bertuca (Birelart Racing-Birelart/TM Kart), who nonetheless confirmed himself as one of the major protagonists in this second round as well. The third best time belongs to the German David Trefilov (Formula K SRP-IPK/TM Kart) at 0.103s. The fourth performance was also excellent, set by another Italian, Massimiliano Pezzucchi (Krypton Motorsport-Birelart/TM Kart) in 46.565s, ahead of the Dutchman Dion Van Waerven (CPB Sport-Sodikart/TM Kart) with a time of 46.611s.

OK โ€“ Pesl confirms his leadership.
Jindrich Pesl (Tony Kart Racing Team-Tony Kart/Vortex/LeCont), who already won in Franciacorta, took the top spot in the OK class with a time of 47.259s. The Czech driver achieved the best performance in Session 2, while the fastest in Session 1 was the Peruvian Mariano Lopez (Fusion Motorsport-KR/Iame) at 47.323s. However, the Italian Manuel Scognamiglio (Tellone Motorsport-KR/Iame), who led the class after the first round with a 10-point advantage, was quite far back here in Cremona, setting the ninth fastest time, 0.294 seconds behind Pesl.

OKJ โ€“ Walle comes to the fore.
The Finnish driver Oskari Walle (Parolin Motorsport-Parolin/TM Kart/Vega), who finished sixth in the Franciacorta Final, delivered the best performance in the OKJ class, breaking the โ€œwallโ€ of 48 seconds with a time of 47.999s. The best time in Session 2 was set by the Spaniard Bosco Arias (Ricky Flynn-LN Kart/TM Kart) in 48.198s. Also excellent were the performances of his teammate, the Polish driver Leonardo Gorski, who posted a 48.073s in Session 1, and the Spaniard Daniel Miron Lorente (DPK Racing-KR/Iame), who set the second-fastest time in Session 2 with 48.332s. The classification leader and Franciacorta winner, the English driver Noah Baglin (Prema Racing-KR/Iame), was further back with the seventh time in Session 2 at 48.387s.

MINI U10 โ€“ Miras is the surprise.
The Spaniard Sasha Miras Y Munoz (BabyRace-Parolin/Iame/Vega) was a surprise. He secured the pole position in Session 1 and overall with a time of 53.812s, thus making up for his unlucky performance at Franciacorta. Equally surprising was the best performance by the Swede Elton Skalhammar (Ward Racing-Tony Kart/TM Kart), who was fastest in Session 2 with 54.167s. In Session 1, he was followed by the Norwegian Theo Steindal (Monster K Factory Team-Monster K/TM Kart) at 0.167s. In Session 2, the Pole David Aagten (CRG Racing Team-T-Group/TM Kart) was just 22 thousandths behind, and the classification leader, the American Wynn Godschalk (Kidix-KR/Iame), was 0.085s behind.

MINI Gr.3 โ€“ Di Pietrantonio sets the pace.
Lorenzo Di Pietrantonio (Kidix-KR/Iame/Vega) confirmed his speed at Cremona after securing second place at Franciacorta. The Italian driver claimed pole position with a time of 54.003s in Session 1, ahead of the Kenyan Bwana Gessesse (BabyRace-Parolin/Iame), who set the best time in Session 2 with a laptime compleed in 54.092s. The classification leader and Franciacorta winner in this category, American Victor Thomas Gorun (Tony Kart Racing Team-Tony Kart/Vortex), was also slightly behind, ending eighth in Session 2, 0.726s off Gessesseโ€™s pace. Among the top performers at Cremona were the two Italian Team Driver racers: Giuseppe Noviello, 0.195s behind Di Pietrantonio, and Niccolรฒ Perico, just 36 thousandths of a second behind Gessesse.

OK-N Junior โ€“ Williams has the upper hand.
The qualifying phase in OK-N Junior was exciting, with the Italian Pietro Bagutti (Magik Racing Team-Magik/TM Kart/Vega) prevailing in Session 1 with a time of 48.926s. Meanwhile, the Englishman Harry Williams (Forza Racing-Exprit/TM Kart) topped Session 2 with a laptime of 48.882s, setting the fastest overall time for the category and thus redeeming his unlucky performance at Franciacorta. In Session 1, Bagutti was followed by the Scot Mason Robertson (KR Motorsport-KR/Iame) at just 32 thousandths back, while in Session 2, the second-best time was set by the Swede Elton Hedfors (Modena Kart-Parolin/TM Kart), 0.111s behind Williams. The classification leader, the other Modena Kart driver, the Lithuanian Nojus Stasionis, was further back, posting the eighth fastest time in Session 1 at 0.317s.

OK-N โ€“ Ociepa pips Mazzolini.
In OK-N, the qualifying sessions reached an incredible, tight climax, decided by mere thousandths of a second. The fastest driver was the Polish Juliusz Ociepa (Novalux-Lenzokart/LKE/Vega) with 48.610s, just 0.003s ahead of the Italian Giulio Mazzolini (Zanchi Motorsport-Tony Kart/TM Kart). They were followed by more Italian drivers: Federico Rossi (AKM Motorsport-Parolin/TM kart) at 0.016s, classification leader Nicolas Marchesi (Team Driver-KR/Iame) at 25 thousandths, Lamberto Ferrari (FK Motorsport-IPK/Modena Engines) at 26 thousandths, and Cristian Tonalini (Tona Racing-Sodikart/TM Kart) at 60 thousandths.

The second event of the WSK Final Cup will take place at the Cremona Circuit next November 4th - 9th with a relevant participation. The leaders of the current standings are Godschalk (MINI U10), Gorun (MINI Gr.3), Scognamiglio (OK), Baglin (OKJ), Marchesi (OK-N), Stasionis (OK-NJ) and Bertuca (KZ2).

Cremona (ITA), 03.11.2025
The WSK Final Cup is ready to take to the track at the Cremona Circuit for the second round of the season, from November 4th to 9th. It will feature the usual categories that provided the spectacle at the previous event in Franciacorta: MINI, OKNJ, OKN, OKJ, OK, and KZ2.

On this occasion as well, a very significant number of driversโ€”around 370โ€”will be competing, including all the main protagonists from the first round who delivered a series of particularly intense races, with last minute twists and results decided in the final laps, if not in the final meters. This serves as confirmation of how international karting under the WSK Promotion banner represents the pinnacle of competition and an extraordinary breeding ground for talent.

As was the case in Franciacorta, all the winners of this second round of the WSK Final Cupโ€”in addition to the coveted Series trophiesโ€”will receive a Vulcain watch as a prize, thanks to the new partnership between WSK Promotion and the prestigious Swiss watchmaker Vulcain.

As usual, the WSK Euro Series regulations stipulate an increasing points system for the three rounds of the Series. Therefore, after the first round already held in Franciacorta, a higher score will be awarded in this Cremona round, making it all the more important for improving one's championship standing. Points are awarded at the end of the heats and for the results achieved in the Prefinals and Finals.
