Most people hear the word “salad” and think of lettuce. Italians often have something else in mind.

In this video, Eva shares three Italian salads that are packed with flavor, incredibly easy to make, and built around ingredients you probably wouldn’t expect to find in a salad. In fact, none of them contain a single leaf of lettuce.

We’re back with another hidden gem of Italian cuisine, and this time we’re heading to Liguria for one of the most surprising "pizzas" we’ve ever eaten.
