🇩🇪 Another successful installation completed in Germany: the MAESTRO 80 bar feeder integrated with a DMG Mori machine.
This setup combines precision, flexibility, and high productivity, allowing the customer to get the most out of their DMG Mori lathe. Compact, robust, and easy to use, the MAESTRO 80 ensures smooth operation and consistently excellent results in demanding production environments.
With our Bucci Industries Deutschland branch and our global network, local support and fast service are always available to help customers optimize production wherever they are.
High-capacity magazines give your bar feeder greater operating autonomy. A higher number of bars at the machine reduces the need for manual interventions, keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.
They make loading operations less frequent and more manageable, especially with long or heavy bars, improving workflow and machine availability.
For over 40 years, Bucci Industries USA has been delivering Iemca’s bar feeding solutions directly to manufacturers throughout the region, combining cutting-edge technology with reliable local support.
Our long-standing presence allows us to understand customer needs deeply and deliver tailored solutions — blending global expertise with regional know-how.
Every production environment has its own challenges, and sometimes standard solutions are not enough.
A recent PRA project was developed to meet the specific production requirements of one of our clients. The solution was adapted to their unique factory needs, helping to optimize workflow and productivity.
It was a pleasure for Iemca to welcome the students of the 4 AE class at ITIP Bucci in Faenza for the XIX edition of the Guidarello Giovani Award.
During their visit, the students were introduced to the company and guided through the facility, gaining first-hand insight into production processes, technological solutions, and Iemca’s approach to innovation and sustainability.
The visit also offered an opportunity to discuss industry challenges and the practical application of academic knowledge, highlighting the importance of connecting education with real-world practice and supporting the students in their preparation for the competition.

The distance between the barfeeder and the lathe has a direct impact on vibration control in fixed-headstock turning.
If the barfeeder is installed too far from the spindle, the free length of the bar increases, raising its tendency to bend and oscillate. Reducing this distance improves stability and helps maintain consistent machining quality.
