Through this project, Bucci Industries once again demonstrates its commitment to supporting the development of the Brazilian industry, providing advanced technology together with local service and expertise.
Stability Starts with Structure
In fixed-headstock turning, vibration control starts with the bar feeder.
Even minimal structural deflection can affect surface finish, tool life, and spindle integrity.
That’s why a rigid, well-anchored structure is key to ensuring stability and long-term performance.
Custom finishing, made in IEMCA.
We manage the entire painting process internally to guarantee maximum quality, precision, and consistency.
Thanks to our in-house capabilities, we also offer color customization to align with your brand identity or specific project needs.
Tailored solutions, down to the last detail.

🇮🇹 New Installation in Italy!
Here’s a successful installation of an IEMCA BOSS bar feeder with the Blue Line high-pressure coolant system on a Star CNC lathe at a customer's facility in Italy.
This setup delivers a powerful combination of speed, precision, and process stability — exactly what's needed for demanding turning operations.
The Blue Line system boosts productivity with efficient chip evacuation and extended tool life, while the BOSS bar feeder guarantees smooth, uninterrupted operation.
Wondering how to maximize the productivity of your multi-spindle lathe with feed fingers while keeping costs down?
The key lies in automating bar feeding: the traditional setup, involving manually loaded stock reels, results in unnecessary downtime during the work cycle that could be spent on production, and leads to higher overall production costs.
You have two options to automate the feeding of a multi-spindle lathe with feed finger collets: a bar loader for the stock reel or an integrated bar feeder to directly feed bars into your machine.
🇩🇪 Precision and performance: new MAESTRO 80 installation in Germany
Bucci Industries Deutschland has recently completed the installation of an IEMCA MAESTRO 80 bar feeder on a DN Solutions turning center at a German manufacturer.
The MAESTRO 80 is engineered to deliver maximum rigidity and vibration control, making it the ideal solution for machining large-diameter bars — up to 80 mm — with high precision and reliability.
Thanks to our established presence in Germany, this project confirms Bucci Industries' ability to offer consistent technical support and customized automation solutions tailored to local manufacturing needs.
At IEMCA, every machine is the result of teamwork, dedication, and shared expertise.
From concept to completion, our production team works side by side—sharing knowledge, solving challenges, and fine-tuning every detail.

Is Your Multi-Spindle Lathe Not Equipped with Feed Fingers?
No worries! IEMCA offers automated solutions for all types of multi-spindle lathes and the IEMCA SIR range of integrated bar feeders is the perfect solution for your workshop.
IEMCA SIR enhances machining efficiency by automating the loading of bars on multi-spindle lathes without feed fingers and managing the recovery of bar remnants at the end of machining.
Improved part quality, longer tool life, and fewer production stops — that’s the power of vibration control.
The IEMCA MAESTRO bar feeder with ABACOS installs close to the lathe spindle, supporting the bar and actively dampening vibrations for a smoother, more stable process.

Founded in 1961, IEMCA is today the undisputed worldwide leader in the design and production of automatic bar feeders.
IEMCA is born in Faenza, thanks to the entrepreneurial intuition of Dr. Roberto Bucci and Professor Vladimir Fabbri. Together, in 1961, they start a working group to develop solutions to automatically load the bars on machines. In 1966, the first bar feeder in the world is officially presented, the IEMCA model " A " is an immediate success.
Since then IEMCA has developed the widest range of bar feeders. The secret of the IEMCA’s success is the passion of a team of highly motivated people in the continuous research for innovative solutions to improve the productivity and the customer service.
IEMCA's bar feeder obtained a great success in Italy and started to be demanded by the major manufacturers around the world: in 1974 the first phase of global distribution began. Some important events:
1985: IEMCA launches bar feeder production in the USA and then decided to found IEMCA USA (now Bucci Industries USA). 🇺🇸
1987: IEMCA consolidates its presence in Germany through opening a branch in Stuttgart area. 🇩🇪
1991: The IEMCA BOSS defines the market standard as the first magazine bar feeder with full electronic controls.
1994: IEMCA develops the SIR, the first integral bar feeder for multi spindle lathes.
