A few shots from what has been a truly wonderful experience — made of musicians, people, emotions, energy and human connection, all translating into something unique and unrepeatable.

This jam was born with the idea of turning a collective live improvisation into a record, and we really hope something special will grow out of it.

Huge thanks to LUMEN for the trust, the effort and this fantastic opportunity.

On May 17th, Bosconi Gang Band lands at Lumen Firenze for a full day of live electronic improvisation and collective energy ⚡️

More than a concert, Bosconi Gang Band is an evolving live format built around hardware machines, spontaneous interaction and real-time composition. Born inside the world of Bosconi Records, the project transforms the jam session into a living, breathing performance where musicians, producers and DJs create together without fixed structures or predefined outcomes.

At the center of the setup, a mixer station acts as a conducting point, surrounded by live stations arranged in a semicircle — inspired by the orchestral “mystic gulf.” From there, the jam continuously shifts and mutates: rhythms overlap, ideas collide, BPMs rise, tension builds and unexpected moments become part of the composition itself.

Everything is performed and recorded live, leaving space for imperfection, instinct and chaos ✨

After the live jam, the night keeps moving with an extended Gang Band style B2B session featuring many of the artists involved.

Bosconi Gang Band returns 🎸🎼
a jam that became a record, now back as a live collective ritual.
At the core of the event is an extended Live Jam Session, where artists meet in real time to shape a constantly evolving sound. A spontaneous dialogue of rhythms, textures and intuitions — with BPM and intensity gradually rising throughout the day, moving from deep explorations into more driving, high-energy territories.
The setup reflects this collective approach: a central mixing station acts as a “conductor,” surrounded by live stations arranged in a semicircle — an orchestral-inspired layout where each performer contributes to a shared, fluid composition.
After the live session, the journey continues as most of the artists involved come together for a special B2B DJ set, all playing in rotation in true Gang Band style — extending the energy into the night.
