The truth? Most campaigns were never built to measure it in the first place. 📊

Across the industry, brands still launch influencer campaigns with broad goals like “awareness” or “engagement,” but without defining what success should actually look like.

Then the campaign ends…
And everyone asks:
“What actually worked?”

ROI becomes much easier to measure when it’s built into the campaign from day one.

That means defining clear KPIs before selecting creators.
Matching content to funnel stages.
And tracking attention, intent, and conversion separately.

Because reach alone doesn’t equal awareness.
Likes don’t automatically mean intent.
And engagement rate by itself tells you very little about real performance.

What matters more is:
view-through rates,
saves,
shares,
and conversion behavior.

This becomes even more important in markets where platform behavior and cultural relevance directly impact campaign performance.

The brands getting the best results today are not treating measurement as a final report.
