ingredients

500g bread flour
12g yeast
4tbs olive oil
280g warm water

1 In a bowl or in the robot pour 500 g of Black Bread Blend, 1 sachet of Spadoni dry yeast found inside the bag and 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

2 Pour 280 g of warm water, stirring constantly.

3 Knead for at least 10 minutes as described for bread. Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.

4 Break the dough into two parts, spread it with very greased hands on 2 oiled pizza pans, cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours.

5 Sprinkle coarse salt and rosemary over it, a drizzle of oil and bake at 220 ° for about 15 minutes.

6 Leave to cool on a wire rack and stuff. We recommend with speck, radicchio and cheese.
