🌟 Sharing the Story of Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie in New York

Last night at the Rimadesio Design Room, I had the privilege of guiding guests through the world of Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie—a wine that carries the elegance of its land, the unity of its producers, and the versatility that makes it shine in every season.

🗽 New York offered the perfect stage: vibrant, curious, open. Thanks to the organization of IEEM, we welcomed a beautiful mix of wine lovers, trade professionals, sommeliers, and friends—each bringing their own energy to the experience.

👨‍🍳 A special thank you to Chef Raffaele of Ostia Brooklyn, whose creativity and warmth elevated the evening, adding flavor and personality to each moment.

✨ Together with Eunhee, who joined us as our guest, I had the pleasure of sharing the nuances of the DOC: its freshness, its structure, its diversity, and the many expressions shaped by the territories that make up the Delle Venezie.

🗣️ Throughout the night, I spoke with every guest—introducing the Consorzio, its origins, its philosophy, and the work behind the wines. From sustainability to vineyard experimentation, from PIWI research to the unique pedoclimatic identity of the region, the curiosity was constant and genuine.

🎄 A Night of Connection & Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie – New York Edition

🏙️ Last night’s tasting at the Rimadesio Design Room in New York was a beautiful celebration of what Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie truly represents: freshness, versatility, elegance, and the power of wine to bring people together.

👨‍🍳 In collaboration with IEEM and joined by Chef Raffaele of Ostia Brooklyn, who delighted guests with his energy and culinary touch, the evening unfolded in an atmosphere that felt refined, warm, and genuinely festive.

🏛️ The Rimadesio space—modern, minimal, and beautifully curated—elevated the entire experience and offered the perfect backdrop for a tasting dedicated to the nuances of Pinot Grigio.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Together with Eunhee Kwon, who joined us as our guest, I guided attendees through the different expressions of the DOC: wines that are fresh, approachable, and full of personality, yet capable of showing unexpected depth and distinctiveness.

🍇 Many guests were pleasantly surprised by the variety of styles, each reflecting the territories and sensibilities behind the Consorzio.

✨ It was a real pleasure and honour to represent the Consorzio Pinot Grigio DOC Delle Venezie in London. Sharing the story of our regions and guiding people through the identity of our wines is always meaningful, but this event felt especially rewarding.

🍇 Seeing both trade professionals and consumers — particularly the younger generation — so curious, open and eager to learn reminded me that we are truly on the right path in bringing wine closer to new audiences.
 Their engagement showed how powerful this DOC can be in speaking to today’s drinkers.

🌍 Guiding guests through the world of the Venezie, explaining our territories, styles and nuances, gave me great satisfaction.

✨ London welcomed us with warmth and curiosity. On December 1st, together with the IEM team and the incredible , we brought the world of Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie to the Home Grown Private Members Club for an evening dedicated to discovering the many layers of this vibrant DOC.

🍇 Over 90 guests — young wine lovers, sommeliers, restaurateurs and journalists — joined us to explore the freshness, versatility and unexpected nuances of our Pinot Grigio. Once again, London confirmed what we felt in May: the enthusiasm for the DOC is strong and growing.

🗺️ Our “tasting islands” guided guests through different territorial expressions and styles, with the Ramato and Sparkling islands quickly becoming crowd favourites. Professionals appreciated the technical depth; wine lovers enjoyed a clear and playful roadmap to understanding the diversity of the region — all while recognising the signature clean, fresh, approachable style that defines the DOC.

🤝 Throughout the evening, I welcomed guests personally, introducing the mission of the Consorzio and guiding deeper conversations with those eager to learn more. Melania added energy, elegance and storytelling — helping shape the experience both in the room and through her content.

❓ Questions flowed naturally: How to visit the DOC territories? Where to find the wines in London? What makes Ramato so unique? The engagement was real — especially from the many younger guests, open, curious and eager to explore.
