M-Sport Ford has confirmed on Monday that Mārtiņš Sesks will take part to the Rally Saudi Arabia, last round of 2025 WRC Championship. The Latvian will be one of four drivers from the british team, alongside M-Sport Ford team-mates Grégoire Munster and Josh McErlean, and Nasser Al-Attiyah (see BarNews - 14/10/2025)

Ursula von der Leyen has announced, in a letter sent to leaders of EU States members in order to prepare the European Council meeting scheduled for Tomorrow, that 2035 combustion cars ban will be revised before the end of 2025. The President of the European Commission stressed : "In preparing the review, we are considering the role of zero- and low-emission fuels in the transition to zero-emission road transport after 2030, such as e-fuels - for which I am already committed - and advanced biofuels".

Ursula von der Leyen ha annunciato, in una lettera indirizzata ai leader degli Stati membri dell'Unione Europea in vista della riunione del Consiglio Europeo di domani, che la revisione dello stop alle auto termiche previsto per il 2035 sarà avviata entro la fine del 2025. La presidente della Commissione Europea ha sottolineato che «nella preparazione della revisione stiamo valutando il ruolo dei carburanti a zero e a basse emissioni nella transizione verso un trasporto su strada a zero emissioni oltre il 2030, come gli e-fuel – per i quali mi sono già impegnata nelle linee guida – e i biocarburanti avanzati».
