✨ It’s okay to be tired.
✨ It’s okay to gain weight.
✨ It’s okay to have a big tummy.
✨ It’s okay if you don’t show up every day looking your best.
✨ It’s okay if you can’t post on social media all the time.
✨ It’s okay when people whether they are mothers or not say negative things about your body.

Motherhood has taught me that it looks different for everyone. And that’s perfectly fine. 💕

So embrace your own journey, give yourself grace, and remember it only gets better with time.
