Dalla nuova edizione del report “Foodservice Market Monitor” di Deloitte emergono dati più che incoraggianti sul giro d’affari globale del comparto Foodservice, arrivato al valore di 2,797 miliardi di euro nel 2023. In termine di formati, il Full Service Restaurant (FSR), ovvero il ristorante “tradizionale” con servizio al tavolo, si conferma la categoria principale, ma significativa risulta essere la crescita delle catene, che ormai rappresentano un terzo del mercato globale del Foodservice. Grandi aspettative sono poi proiettate sul comparto dello Street Food.
From the new edition of Deloitte's "Foodservice Market Monitor" report, more than encouraging data emerge on the global turnover of the Foodservice sector, which will reach a value of 2.797 billion euros in 2023. In terms of formats, the Full Service Restaurant (FSR), or the "traditional" restaurant with table service, remains the main category, but the growth of chains, which now represent a third of the global foodservice market, is significant. Great expectations are then projected onto the Street Food sector.
