🎉 La scorsa settimana abbiamo celebrato il 15° anniversario della Diversity Charter Sweden!
Siamo felici di aver preso parte a questo importante appuntamento europeo dedicato alla e all’ , insieme ai rappresentanti delle Diversity Charters di tutta Europa.
Dal 2004, con la nascita della prima Carta in Francia, la rete europea è cresciuta fino a coinvolgere oggi 27 Paesi UE. In Italia, promuove dal 2009 la Carta per le Pari Opportunità e l’Uguaglianza sul Lavoro, che oggi riunisce oltre 1.100 organizzazioni impegnate a creare ambienti di lavoro equi, inclusivi e rispettosi.
A Stoccolma abbiamo celebrato questo traguardo insieme ai nostri partner, condividendo idee, buone pratiche e nuovi progetti per continuare a rafforzare la cultura dell’inclusione nei luoghi di lavoro.
Il nostro impegno continua: vogliamo costruire un futuro in cui diversità e pari opportunità non siano un’iniziativa, ma una parte integrante delle strategie e dell’identità di ogni organizzazione.
Insieme possiamo fare la differenza!

🎉 Last week we celebrated the 15th anniversary of Diversity Charter Sweden!
We are pleased to have taken part in this important European meeting dedicated to and , together with representatives from Diversity Charters across Europe.
Since 2004, when the first Charter was launched in France, the European network has grown and now includes 27 EU countries. In Italy, has been promoting the Italian Diversity Charter since 2009, bringing together today over 1,100 organisations committed to building fair, inclusive and respectful workplaces.
In Stockholm, we celebrated this milestone with our European partners, sharing ideas, best practices and new projects to continue strengthening a culture of inclusion in the workplace.
Our commitment continues: we aim to build a future where diversity and equal opportunities are not just initiatives, but an integral part of every organisation’s strategy and identity.
