With Honegger’s new Milan offices, featured in Magazine, we turned a vision into reality: wide, bright, and flexible environments where aesthetics and functionality merge in perfect harmony.

The project, designed by and realized by , both part of the Progetto CMR International group, embodies the future of the workplace as a space for growth, relationships, and innovation. A result made possible thanks to the strength of the team: collaboration, sharing, and passion turned an idea into something greater than just a physical space.

We are proud to have overseen the creation of the new TINEXTA S.P.A. Group headquarters in Rome, located within the historic Torri Moretti in Piazzale Flaminio—an iconic landmark of 20th-century Italian architecture.

This ambitious project, developed within CMR International, brought together the expertise of Progetto CMR for design and project management, and InFire for fire safety planning.
Spanning over 4,000 sqm, the new headquarters is designed to host more than 300 people in flexible, modern spaces that align with the Group’s refreshed identity: One Group, One Brand.

Our integrated approach guided every phase of the process:
- strategic analysis of workflows,
- design focused on well-being and sustainability,
- efficient ex*****on aligned with the brand’s core values.

This new Roman headquarters continues the narrative started in Milan, translating Tinexta’s identity into a space that fosters innovation, connection, and daily collaboration.
