There really was no obvious need for yet another talent agency in Milan, but we strongly felt the necessity for a new company with a totally different approach to management. An organisation capable of providing new talent with a space to grow, a place to flourish: an independent and professionally managed service truly different from the rest. We are a group of experienced professionals who, along with managing already established talent, also specialise in developing new amazing careers, giving our clients special individual attention to transform raw gems into absolute stars.
