🐝🌿20 Maggio – Giornata Mondiale delle Api 🌿🐝

Oggi celebriamo un incontro che per noi ha un valore speciale: quello tra le api e le nostre viti.

In questo angolo di terra, dove il vino nasce nel rispetto della natura, anche le api trovano casa, rifugio e libertà.

Vederle posarsi su una pianta di vite ci emoziona ogni volta. È un gesto semplice, eppure potente: ci ricorda che senza di loro, non esisterebbero né fiori, né frutti, né futuro.

Alla Tenuta Valdipiatta abbiamo scelto di prenderci cura delle api non solo per il miele, ma per ciò che rappresentano: armonia, equilibrio, vita.

Alla salute delle api, che proteggono il nostro ecosistema e sono silenziose compagne di ogni bicchiere di vino che beviamo! 💛🌸

Approfittiamo di questa finestra di bel tempo che speriamo sia l’inizio di una nuova Estate di San Martino per raccogliere le nostre olive. Come le viti, anche gli olivi quest’anno sono stati molto generosi. Non vediamo l’ora di assaggiare il nostro nuovo Olio Extra Vergine, ovviamente Bio!

Let’s take advantage of this window of good weather which we hope will be the beginning of a new San Martino Summer to harvest our olives. Like the vines, the olive trees were also very generous this year. We can’t wait to taste our new Extra Virgin Oil, obviously organic!
