🌈 Mr. Men Little Miss Mini Adventures Season 2 is here!

We are delighted to announce the launch of Season 2 of Mr. Men Little Miss Mini Adventures, produced in collaboration with Sanrio Europe.
This new season features 12 original episodes, bringing together familiar favourites and new additions to the cast, while continuing to celebrate the unique personalities that made Mr. Men Little Miss beloved for generations.

Building on the foundations of the first season, the series expands its emotional range and storytelling, exploring friendship, personal growth and relationships through the unmistakable humour, warmth and British charm of the Mr. Men Little Miss universe.

As an animation studio, we are incredibly proud to have contributed once again to this production. From development to final delivery, our team dedicated passion, creativity and expertise to every stage of the project, helping bring these iconic characters back to life for audiences around the world.

🩷An award was just the beginning, now NORA tells her story!

After winning Best Animation Music Video at the LIT Music Awards with “Beat of a Romance / Cha Cha Cha”, NORA releases her first-ever interview as an artist.
Featured by Muse.World, she’s portrayed as a real voice and a true creator, even though she exists as a virtual idol.

Because behind NORA, there is no AI-generated narrative. She is human art in a digital body, shaped by vision, culture and emotion.
In the interview, she opens up with honesty about her identity and creative drive.

From her sources of inspiration (“If I could collaborate with an artist from the past, my choice would undoubtedly be Prince”) to her rituals and habits when she creates (“[my creative process is] playful, spontaneous, and driven by freedom”), from the roots of her music background to the more emotional and challenging parts of discovering who she truly is (“One of the biggest risks I took was deciding to show every side of myself through my music”).

✨What happens when the world's animation community gathers in one place?
Inspiration sparks and new ideas take shape.

Our team (Max Carrier Ragazzi, Lorenzo Marini and Alessia Garofalo) headed to MIFA Festival international du film d'animation d'Annecy, the ultimate place to take the pulse of our sector.

🌍 If there was one takeaway from the 2026 event, it was the incredible momentum of the Italian animation industry. Thanks to the massive Italian Pavilion organized by ITA - Italian Trade Agency Paris, 34 Italian companies stood together under one roof. It was a powerful showcase of how much our industry has grown and how strongly it is positioning itself on the international stage.

🔥 Seeing so many talented creators, ambitious productions and innovative Italian studios united and ready to connect with global partners was both inspiring and a clear sign of our collective strength.

A huge thank you to everyone we met along the way, we truly cannot wait to see you next year (or the next Film Festival)!

Pride Month isn’t just a celebration, it’s a reminder of how we can live our values.

Maga Animation Studio has always aimed to be a q***r-friendly workplace, and this year, we wanted to turn that mindset into a small but tangible action.
One of our studio restrooms is now officially gender-neutral, because recognizing all gender identities should be reflected in the environments we build, with the hope that everyone who walks through our doors can feel more comfortable and safe.

As an animation studio, we chose to express it in the language we know best.
The door now features a cast of animated characters in a variety of shapes, expressions and sizes, coming from the imaginary worlds of our own creation, reflecting the diversity we believe in, both on screen and in real life.

Change can begin with everyday actions.

Global stories often begin in very local places🌱

On June 14th, our founder Max Carrier Ragazzi joined a special talk about video games and animation at the FAB - Festival di Animazione in Brianza, at the Biblioteca Civica Di Bellusco (near Milan), right in the area we call home.

More than an industry talk, it became a reflection on a creative journey that began nearly 30 years ago, driven by the desire to build an original voice. From early inspirations to today, Maga animation studio has grown across animation, video games and music, guided by curiosity over convention✨

A special thanks to Mauro Orsi for the thoughtful hosting and to everyone who joined us with curiosity and openness.

Events like this remind us why staying connected to where we come from matters. Being rooted in the Brianza area, while developing projects for an international audience, is simply part of our identity.

We keep creating. From where we belong, to everywhere🌍

Respawning after First Playable with the inventory full of ideas 🕹️✨

These few days have been the perfect mix of connection and creativity: sharing ideas, productive meetings, new connections by day, while discovering and celebrating great work by night 🌙
The Italian Video Game Awards were a true highlight, a reminder of how vibrant and fast-growing the Italian industry is, and how important it is to recognize the people who drive it forward.

A huge thank you to IIDEA - Italian Interactive Digital Entertainment Association for the care they always put in powering the events and the engine that keep the Italian gaming world in motion ⚙️

Back from Cartoons on the bay 2026 in Pescara, after a few intense days fully immersed in the festival 🫧

Maga Animation Studio was there from May 29th to 31st with Max Carrier Ragazzi and Lorenzo Marini, moving between events, quick catch-ups, longer chats and all the moments that make this kind of festival what it is.

It was great to reconnect with people we already knew, meet new ones and spend time exchanging ideas with the international animation community in such an open and energetic setting ☀️

And since we’re always pushing forward our department of the studio dedicated to new musical artistry, we’d like to give a special mention to the musicians we met along the way: REGA ( on IG), a talented folk/blues/psychedelic rock band with their unique and interesting soundscape🌿

We’re incredibly happy to be on board for Rayman Legends Retold, coming on October 1st, a reimagining of the beloved classic platformer developed by Ubisoft Montpellier Studio and Ubisoft Milan.
In this new adventure, Rayman, Globox, Barbara, Grand Minimus and Murphy set out on a journey to restore peace in the Glade of Dreams, as a shadowy villain spreads chaos across the realms.

Videoclip Italia Awards 2026: a night to remember ✨

On May 29th, in Milan, at the Videoclip Italia Awards 2026, the main national award dedicated to music videos in Italy, Maga Animation Studio won Best Animated Music Video or Sequence with NORA’s “Beat of a Romance / Cha Cha Cha”, directed by Serena Tripepi with Giordana Raccah as animation director.

Being there, in that room, with so many people shaping today’s music video scene and hearing our project called, that hits.
Our CEO Max Carrier Ragazzi was there with Clara Pirovano, 2D concept artist, to pick up the award: this is the result of a whole team that pushed this project forward every single day.

NORA ノラ is our virtual idol and digital artist, built as a real music act, with her own identity, voice and visual world. Everything was developed through a fully human-driven process, no generative AI. Just people, ideas and a lot of work behind every frame.

Thanks to the jury for the recognition and to everyone who’s been part of this.
Feels big. And honestly, it gives us even more energy to keep going🔥
