I'm working not only on Nefastus Sanguis, but also on two other bands, one from Florida and another from Singapore. Both bands name will be revealed when the albums are ready...the American band is in Dissection/Sacramentum vein; the Singaporean one in Teitanblood vein. Very different one from the other but both really interesting and enjoyable working on.

While i've started mixing/mastering for another band, another dive into the past of World's Lair Abuse Studio, when it still was an home studio. I remember this work was a fu***ng hell to mix: it was recorded in the recording studio where I attended the sound engineer course. The four of us were separated by acoustic panels but none of us had a metronome, only headphones to listen what the others were doing...not the best way of recording but the final result kicked ass...and the live shows were very intense (you can find some video on YouTube). The band splitted up some years later, but the new singer (after Ogre's leaving) would become new Gort's singer...but this is another story...

"The Sons of Radiations" is the single taken from Terrorfront's first EP "We Don't Come in Peace".Terrorfront is Rabid Thrash/Black Metal from Naples, Italy....

In 2011 I worked on Vita Odiosa's second demo, "Cogito Ergo Crucior" ("I think Therefore I Suffer") and, in my opinion, almost all the problems of the first work have been solved, above all the ones in the voice. After 14 years I'm still very proud of this demo.

What are your thoughts on it?

I don't know how many producers would share their first, not so good production and I don't care...I want to show my first work ever made as mixing/mastering engineering, back in 2009...I'd had attended a course for music producer only four years later...
I think the music is good but the vocals..well, the vocals ruin everything...too high...too distorted (I remember I've used a flanger too)...

This is the second video tutorial I recorded two years ago. After the one about midi drumming humanization (which, maybe, I'll update with the new tricks I've learnt meanwhile), it was logical realising one about midi programming from scratch, applying to various metal genres, using various patterns...enjoy it.

A couple of years ago I realized two tutorials about how humanize (this one) and programming midi drums. Then I abandon the YouTube channel to itself...but now I want to bring it back to life, with other tutorials. There's a script for a new video about equalizers...in the next months, as soon as I'm free from my work commitments, I'll record and release it. And I'll try to be more constant with the channel.

While the editing process for Nefastus Sanguis goes on, I've completed the mastering of Necrophobia . The song will be released as a single in the next future but my cooperation with these Indian war machines won't stop with this song but will continue with their next work.
