With Love Is the Word, R A S I Z set out to create a record that lived beyond the computer, an organic, hands-on production shaped almost entirely through analog hardware. Built using his Moog Sub 37, modular system, and a collection of beloved FX pedals, every synth, bassline, texture, and atmosphere was performed and recorded in the analog domain, giving the track its warm, immersive character.

Agus Bouquet’s captivating vocals were also processed through Rasi Z’s analog signal chain, adding another layer of depth and emotion to the production. The result is a timeless journey that celebrates the beauty of tactile music-making, where every sound carries the imperfections and soul of a live performance.

For SHAN NASH , You Are There was born during a trip through Turkey nearly two years ago. One evening, while visiting a friend’s home, an old Turkish song filled the room. The track was Biliyorum Sensin, a timeless recording whose haunting vocal immediately left a lasting impression. Its emotion, history, and beauty lingered long after the journey had ended.

Back in the studio, Shan set out to create an entirely new musical landscape around that unforgettable vocal. The process became a journey of its own, evolving through several different versions before finally finding its true form. The result is “You Are There,” a record that preserves the soul of the original while reimagining it through a contemporary electronic lens.

Blending indie dance and melodic electronic influences, the production balances organic textures, hypnotic rhythms, and an atmospheric groove with the nostalgic warmth of its Turkish vocal. Leading the release is “God’s Poem,” a deeply emotive journey born from Marc Marcel’s compelling spoken-word performance. Inspired by his words, David and Patrik crafted a rich sonic landscape that blends deep, sensual grooves with organic textures and a memorable accordion lead. The result is a track that feels both intimate and expansive, drawing listeners into a hypnotic atmosphere where poetry and rhythm move as one.
