SUB; CALL FOR RELIEVE OF RIEK BIM TOP, GOVERNOR OF UNITY STATE.
Your Exellency,
First and foremost, accept our apologies for reaching out to your respective office on internet platforms. We are so grateful to your able leadership for your continued consideration of the will of people in decision making. Here are the reasons as to why we thinks relieving your son Riek Bim Top whom you appointed as governor of Unity State would be a crucial administrative decision;
Riek Bim is secretly locking horns with SPLM/A IO.
He has formed an armed militias forces in Mayom County commanded by SPLM/A IO's prominent general by the name Kumthin Makoal G*i. These forces are only loyal to Riek Bim and the whole SPLM/A IO leadership. It has also become increasingly clear that Governor Bim very much interested in working with people having records of committing atrocities against mighty SPLM or people having records of being a members of SPLM/A IO in the past. Just to mention few like Col. Malith Kak Malith, former bodyguard of Dr. Riek Machar whom he appointed as State Security Advisor and Col. Low Tang Reat whom he made an executive director of Rubkone County. We really believe that those figures can turn against SPLM and your entire leadership at anytime. As youths and students loyal to your leadership, we can't hold this anymore. We really worry about the future of SPLM and your entire leadership in Unity State. With Riek Bim being governor of Unity State, consider losing Unity State to opposition figures in case of any emerging conflicts between SPLM and opposition those figure.

Governor Bim has fails to mitigate flood in Unity State.
As per now, there is overflowing of inundating flood submerging the recently dried lands yet the state government can't do anything to safe the people and the land from such calamity. This current flooding is probably high. If it not well taken care of, it can even cover the entire Unity State. We are really frustrated by fear for continued displacement and losing our little possessions and the few remains of our lands to floodings again.
Governor Bim have also failed to work hand in hand with Unity State spiritual leaders which are the most respected pillars in our local societies.
Riek Bim doesn't respect the authority of Spiritual leaders as stipulated in our local government act, 2011. He has placed the spiritual leaders in fear. This was witnessed by SPLM delegations to the recently concluded Mayom/Mankien Conferences where he (Riek) conspired with Lt. Gen. Mathew Pul Jang Top to intimidate spiritual leaders at the conference. Currently, some of great spiritual leaders are not happy for them (governor and Pul) and entire local population is not happy for them as well.

Governor Bim is using nepotism and favouritism as basis for employments.
Riek Bim is only appointing/employing close relatives and inlaws to occupy high government offices and other positions in different organisations and companies. Base on our estimation, almost all of our current state government officials are his relatives, inlaws and anyother relevance connections.

Those are just some of the main reasons we believes removing Governor Bim of Unity State would be a solution to our problems. We expect your leadership to bring some one who can address our challenges and strengthen your leadership at the ground with your directives.
