VFS Submission-এর আগে কোন কোন ডকুমেন্টস Notary/Apostille করতে হবে আর কোনটা লাগবে না – এক নজরে👇

ইতালি স্টুডেন্ট ভিসার জন্য VFS-এ ডকুমেন্টস জমা দেওয়ার আগে অনেকেই কনফিউশন থাকে—কি কি ডকুমেন্ট নোটারি/অ্যাপোস্টিল করতে হবে, আর কি কি ডিরেক্ট সাবমিট করা যাবে? নিচে বিস্তারিত ক্লিয়ার করে দেওয়া হলো:

1. Bank Documents (Solvency + Bank Statement)
👉 ব্যাংক থেকে যেভাবে মূল কপি দিবে ঠিক সেভাবে সরাসরি সাবমিট করবেন।
🚫 কোনো Notary বা Apostille করার প্রয়োজন নেই।

2. Business Documents (Trade License, TIN, Tax Certificate)

Trade License (English Copy থাকলে):
👉 যেমন আছে ঠিক তেমনই সাবমিট করুন,
🚫 Notary বা কিছুই লাগবে না।

Trade License (Bangla Copy হলে):
👉 English-এ ট্রান্সলেশন করে Notary করুন, তারপর সাবমিট করুন।

TIN & Tax Certificate (English Copy):
👉 যেমন আছে ঠিক তেমনই দিন,
🚫 Notary/Apostille কিছুই লাগবে না।

3. Student’s Birth Certificate
👉 প্রথমে Notary করে তারপর Apostille করুন।
📎 জমা দেওয়ার সময় Notary করা কপি এবং Apostille পেজ একসাথে সংযুক্ত করুন।

যদি কারো English Copy না থাকে (শুধু Bangla Copy থাকে):
👉 সেক্ষেত্রে English Translation + Notary + Apostille – এই তিনটা করলেই চলবে।

✅ 4. Sponsor’s Birth Certificate
👉 যদি থাকে, তাহলে স্টুডেন্টের মত করেই তৈরি করে রাখুন:
Bangla Copy/ English copy→ Notary → Apostille

একি ভাবেই NID করতে পারবেন।

📌 তবে এটা অত্যাবশ্যক নয়, ইচ্ছে করলে ব্যাকআপ হিসেবে প্রস্তুত রাখবেন।
✅ ইংরেজি কপি থাকলে Translation লাগবে না।

✅ 5. Job Related Documents (NID, Salary Certificate, Experience Letter ইত্যাদি)
👉 যেভাবে আছে সেভাবেই জমা দিন।
🚫 Notary বা Apostille কিছুই লাগবে না।

Passport
👉 মূল পাসপোর্টের কপি জমা দিবেন।
🚫 কোনো Notary বা Apostille লাগবে না।

Family Certificate (পরিবার সম্পর্কিত সনদ)
👉 প্রথমে Notary করুন, তারপর Apostille করুন।
এটি Apostille করে রাখা ভালো।

সংক্ষিপ্ত নোট:
✦ সবসময় মূল ডকুমেন্টসের English Version থাকলে Best
✦ Bangla হলে অবশ্যই Translation ও Notary করে Apostille করতে হবে (যেখানে প্রযোজ্য)

এই নিয়মগুলো অনুসরণ করলে ডকুমেন্টস রিভিউ-তে রিজেকশন বা ঝামেলার সম্ভাবনা অনেক কমে যাবে ইনশাআল্লাহ।
