BE SOLUTION DRIVEN.
TUESDAY 8TH NOVEMBER 2016.
SCRIPTURE READING: JOHN 9:1-9.
FOCAL SCRIPTURE: “Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.” (John 9:3) That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.
When Jesus and His disciples saw the blind man, the disciples asked whose fault it was; but Jesus responded by saying that it was an opportunity for the works of God to be made manifest. The disciples focused on the problem, but Jesus focused on the solution.
The disciples focused on what was wrong; but Jesus focused on making things right. Jesus' perspective was solution-driven.
Friend, when men speak of problems, speak of solutions. When men speak of what is wrong in your environment, speak of what you can make right in that environment. When men speak of challenges that want to stop them, speak of what you will do to conquer those challenges. When men speak of mountains that want to stop them, speak of how those mountains will bow to you.
When problem analysts show up, don’t join their side of the divide; see things from a solution perspective. See possibilities where others see challenges; see breakthroughs where others see closed doors; see opportunities and greatness where others see none; see your next level where others see troubles; see more than people around you can see.
When you speak from a solution-driven perspective, it is only a matter of time before your words become your reality. When you focus on solutions rather than problems, problems will give way to solutions. When you focus on solutions, problems that seem big will crumble before you. When you focus on solutions, problems will go into hiding.
Jesus was not bothered about who caused the problem; He focused on solutions, and there was solution. Focus on solutions, and you shall have multiple solutions.
Declare With Me: I am solution-driven; I focus on solutions, not problems, in Jesus’ name!
