🔋 We are thrilled to announce the BattEco Master's program on Battery Ecodesign from Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna.
Coordinated by Prof. Francesca Soavi, the program addresses the challenges of the European and the EU Strategic Plan on Batteries, creating highly specialized skills to fuel a competitive, sustainable, and innovative ecosystem in the battery production sector.
Master's key topics:
✅ Operating principles of electrochemical systems
✅ Advanced materials for lithium and post-lithium batteries
✅ Production processes and end-of-life management
✅ Life Cycle Assessment and Eco-design
✅ Digitalization and AI in industrial processes
The program aims to train experts capable of supervising the entire battery lifecycle, from design to recycling, with a focus on innovation, automation, and economic, social, and environmental sustainability.
Bringing together leading experts from the Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, Campus di Ravenna - Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, Sapienza Università di Roma, Università di Pavia , and GISEL (Italian Group for Electrochemical Energy Storage), to represent major Italian R&D stakeholders in electrochemical energy storage technologies, the BattEco Master program is a strategic investment for our territory and for professionals who want to be protagonists of the .
