Slenos protects your work with a time stamp and a "fingerprint". The time stamp allows you to establish the existence of your musical work starting from the date of filing on Slenos and guarantees:
- the legal validity for 20 years, renewable
- the enforceability of the filing date against third parties. The time stamp of Slenos has full legal value in all states of the European Union pursuant to
the eIDAS regulation and art. 20, paragraph 3 of the Digital Administration Code, Legislative Decree 82/2005. Upon request, Slenos deposits the fingerprint of your file on the Ethereum blockchain.

La tua opera depositata su Slenos viene innanzitutto protetta con una marcatura temporale e con una “impronta digitale”. La marcatura temporale consente di stabilire l'esistenza della tua opera musicale a partire dalla data del deposito su Slenos e garantisce:
- la validità legale per 20 anni rinnovabili
- l’opponibilità della data di deposito nei confronti dei terzi. La marcatura temporale di Slenos ha pieno valore legale in tutti gli stati dell'Unione Europea ai sensi della normativa eIDAS e art. 20, comma 3 del Codice dell’Amministrazione Digitale, Dlgs 82/2005. Su richiesta Slenos deposita l’impronta digitale del tuo file sulla blockchain Ethereum.
