As 2025 comes to a close, we want to pause and reflect on a year shaped by creativity, learning, and shared moments.

It’s been a year of conversations, ideas in progress, challenges faced together, and stories slowly taking form. A year spent listening, experimenting, and refining our vision.

Thank you to everyone who crossed paths with us this year: partners, collaborators, peers, and community members. Every exchange, big or small, helped shape where we’re heading next.

It’s official: the toughest mission of the year has begun at One O One Games… putting up the Christmas tree 🎄!
Between those who insist the lights must follow a “scientific pattern” and those who just throw them on hoping for a miracle, the team once again pulled it off.
The result? A tree that shines almost as bright as our monitors ✨
Let the holiday season begin!

We’re proud to attend the XIV National Conference on Science Communication (SISSA) on December 4th to talk in the plenary session “Playing with Science: Another Way of Communicating,” a panel exploring how tabletop, role-playing, card, and digital games can make scientific concepts more engaging, experiential, and accessible.

Panel speakers include:
Diego Manna – Biologist, author, and founder of White Cocal Press
sara ricciardi – Senior researcher at INAF & University of Bologna, Deputy Director of the GAME Science Research Center
Micaela Romanini – New Business & Communication Manager, One O One Games; Founder of Women in Games Italia
Moderated by Michele Bellone – Journalist, editor, and science communication expert.

The session highlights the increasing role of game-based approaches in education, public engagement, and storytelling.
