Happy Birthday to my beautiful fiancée, Nic 😍 ,my best friend, my adventure partner and the woman I get to do life with. ❤️

Nic, I honestly don’t know how I got so lucky!

From our workouts and meal prep, to hiking, travelling, exploring new places, making memories, laughing until we can’t breathe and, of course, all the little everyday moments in between… I wouldn’t want to share any of it with anyone else. 🥰

You are the person I can be completely myself with. The person who makes me laugh, keeps me grounded, challenges me, supports me and somehow makes even the most ordinary days feel special.

We’re probably a little too organised, a little too competitive, and definitely a little obsessed with planning everything 😂… but I love that we’re so similar. We just get each other.

I love the life we’re building together, and I feel so lucky knowing that there are still so many adventures, holidays, workouts, laughs, plans and memories ahead of us. ❤️

Most importantly, I get to marry you 💍

So today is all about celebrating YOU and the incredible woman you are.

We’re ready to go! 🥹❤️

The car is packed, the food is packed, the show-day bags are packed, the hotel case is packed… basically, we’ve packed EVERYTHING! 😂

We’re off to Marfi’s bodybuilding competition and, honestly, the amount of preparation that goes into getting ready for one weekend is crazy. People see the stage, the heels and the few minutes of competing, but there’s SO much that happens behind the scenes to get there!

This weekend is a little different for us because, unfortunately, Nic isn’t fighting anymore. 💔 And yes, it’s getting to us and we’re definitely upset about it. But we’re not going to let that take away from what this weekend is about.

We’re keeping the energy positive, the vibes high and putting ALL our support behind Marfi. 🫶🔥

One of us is still competing, so we’ve got a job to do — and we’re ready to smash it! 💪

And on top of all that… it’s Nic’s birthday tomorrow! 🎂🥳 So I’m very much ready to celebrate, chill, and enjoy some much-needed downtime.

We’re excited. We’re ready.

Today, as Marfi starts peak week and Nic gets ready for her fight on Saturday, we took some much-needed time out for a spa day! 🧖‍♀️✨

Ice plunge ✅
Sauna ✅
Massages ✅
Afternoon tea for Nic & meal prep food for Marfi ✅
Quality time together ✅

It was all about recovery — recharging both physically and mentally before a very exciting week ahead!

Don’t get me wrong… as soon as we got home, it was non-stop getting everything ready for next week! 😂 But at least we had a relaxing morning to reset and recharge.

Now we’re feeling refreshed, focused and READY for an exciting week ahead! ❤️

ONE WEEK OUT… FOR BOTH OF US! 👀

Today marks ONE WEEK OUT from Nic’s fight, and tomorrow I’ll officially be ONE WEEK OUT from my show!

Two different goals, two different sports, but the same mindset, the same dedication and the same unwavering support for each other. ❤️

We’ve been on this journey side by side, pushing each other through the tough sessions, the early mornings, the tired days and all the little moments in between.

We train together whenever we can (not as often as we would like to) & we keep each other accountable, motivate each other when one of us is struggling, and celebrate every little win along the way.

That’s what we love about doing this together. We understand the sacrifices, the discipline and the commitment it takes because we’re both living it.

Now the hard work is done 🥹🔥

For Nic, it’s about recovering, staying sharp and getting ready to step into that ring and absolutely SMASH IT next Saturday. 🥊

For me, it’s peak week — the final little adjustments, staying focused and getting ready to step on that stage the following day. 👙✨

And even though I won’t physically be there on fight night because I’ll already be down near my show, Nic knows I’ll be with her every step of the way, just as she’ll be supporting me from wherever she is!

We’re a team. ❤️

Two different journeys, one shared goal: to be the absolute best versions of ourselves.

One week to go!

Let’s finish this the way we started it — together, focused, proud and ready to give it everything we’ve got. 🔥

Marfi’s Birthday Surprise for Nic! ✨🎁

Marfi gave Nic her birthday present this morning… and let’s just say she is VERY excited! ❤️

Tonight, Nic is off for a very special private evening tour of Lincoln Zoo 🦁🐒🦒 — an exclusive Gold Package experience, including a private tour with the Zoo Director, a drink on arrival, food, and entry to the zoo for the whole evening!

Now, Nic’s birthday isn’t actually until September 🎂, but because we won’t be together then with all our competitions going on, the birthday presents are starting a little early! 😂

Marfi couldn’t wait until September to spoil her! ❤️

And judging by Nic’s excitement this morning, I think this one is going to be a very special night. 🥰✨
