Its dreadfully hot and humid in Virginia this week. Some might see this and feel sorry for the cat for being out in the elements.
The truth is he refuses to come inside until the sun goes down. He runs to the back door as soon as he wales up and then he knocks every hour or so to let me know he is OK so that I don't come outside and try to talk him into coming inside before he is good and ready.
(He is safe and not roaming. We are on the 4th story and he has a private porch that he lounges on but never leaves. He likes to catch flies and talk to the cat that lives with the neighbor downstairs so he waits for her to come out.
It's a love story.)
