A found this old slide carrier at the thrift store, and immediately thought it looked like a baking rack from a restaurant… so I had to make mini food for it. I added silver cardboard (from a take-away tin cover) where the slides would be to make trays, and used wheels from a micro mini car to make my baking cart roll. Super easy conversion!

A friend gave me a few of these green cups and I decided to make this jar candle. For the wax I used translucent clay, for the wick I used a very thin piece of wire and to make the top I cut a few round pieces from cardstock and glued them together. I then colored the top with a furniture scratch repair marker that I got from Dollar Tree.

My daughter wanted a dollhouse for Christmas but I couldnt afford one so I made her one what do y'all think

My little knife block and knives. I glued together stir sticks and shingles cut at a rough angle, cleaned up the angle with my Dremel, then sanded and oiled the block. The knives are also made out of stir sticks; handles are simply fabric tape with a layer of black paint. I'm pretty pleased with the result!

This is the first thing ive scratch built, 99.99% at least. Never worked with clay or made furniture or wired lighting (yikes). Took several months but im not too embarrassed It was really exciting and kept me sane during a rough time.

Made a chair because the couch was getting lonely. Once again, made from foam board, glue, fabric, and love!

Dinosaur room is just about done! I made the bed with varied sized popsicle sticks. Bedding is scrap fabric. The shelves on the wall are jenga blocks. I made the dino book shelf with scrap bass wood ( I used a dremel to cut out the spikes)the easel on the wall is made with popsicle sticks and a tiny dowel. I used free printables to make some books. I cheated with the art work- just printed and made frames. The dino head is made with felt. How you enjoy.

Oil lamps made from my jewelry supplies and tubing from my fish tank. I even added burnt string for the wicks.

I may have just made my favorite thing ever! I found a website where you can download printables, and I downloaded a double wedding ring quilt pic. Then I printed it on muslin with our ink jet printer. I stitched on a back and some “batting” (a 3rd piece of muslin) and quilted around the rings. It looks so good on the bed!!!
