Naples is about to become the destination of 2027. And most people have no idea yet. 🇮🇹
Be honest- when you think of Naples, you think crowded, chaotic, the city you pass through to get to the “pretty” parts. That reputation is about to age very badly.
Next July, Naples hosts the America’s Cup- the oldest trophy in international sport, older than the modern Olympics. Think Formula 1 on water: billion-dollar teams, boats that literally fly above the waves, and the superyachts, fashion houses, and quiet luxury that always sail in behind them. When a city gets its moment like this, the smart move is to go before everyone else catches on.
So here’s how I’d plan it for you 👇
📍 Stay in the city for the racing- Grand Hotel Parker’s, the grande dame of Naples, bay and Vesuvius right out your window.
🛥️ Then don’t rush off. Block two weeks and let Naples be your gateway to the most stunning coastline on earth-Amalfi, Sorrento, Capri, Ischia.
🌅 Prefer the views without the city buzz? Charter a yacht or base in Sorrento or Ischia and come in for race days. The best of both.
And the insider part? You don’t have to wait for 2027. The Preliminary Regatta lands in Naples this September- the official warm-up, when the teams test their boats and the city gets its first real taste of Cup fever. I’ll be right in the middle of it.
The Naples nobody’s talking about yet- I’m about to show you all of it. Follow along for more. 🤍
