On August 4, the 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻 visited the Chamber of Commerce headquarters in Belluno to meet with the staff, sharing a moment of reflection and discussion. Accompanied by Executive Committee members 𝐕𝐚𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢 and 𝐃𝐨𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢, as well as Acting Secretary General 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐨, he toured the offices, halls, and classrooms of the prestigious, recently restored building owned by the Authority.
With a strong focus on the organization’s human capital—viewed as a single, large strategic team—the President continued his tour by meeting, on August 5, with employees temporarily relocated to the offices on Via Pinelli in Treviso.
During the visits, De Bettin spoke with staff members to gain a deeper understanding of their roles, responsibilities, and day-to-day operational specifics, fostering opportunities for discussion and collective sharing on both occasions.
