While everyone else is going on vacation, we’re coming back!
We’ve been away for a while, but we never stopped creating and filming content.
It’s still a challenge for us to find a good balance between work, free time, and Noodle alla Gola, but we’ll try to improve and be more consistent.

This weekend we visited Ester and Francesca’s hometown, Montemagno in Monferrato. It’s a land rich in culinary traditions and great wine. We stopped by Pastificio Baracco, which has been delighting the area for years with its fresh pasta. Their roasted meat agnolotti are their signature dish. For a weekend getaway, it’s a stop we always recommend!
