While everyone else is going on vacation, we’re coming back!
We’ve been away for a while, but we never stopped creating and filming content.
It’s still a challenge for us to find a good balance between work, free time, and Noodle alla Gola, but we’ll try to improve and be more consistent.
On Monday, we’re starting to post again and yes… in the next two videos you’ll see us wearing puffer jackets 🥶 (even though while we’re editing these videos, it’s 35 degrees in the shade) 🥵

This weekend we visited Ester and Francesca’s hometown, Montemagno in Monferrato. It’s a land rich in culinary traditions and great wine. We stopped by Pastificio Baracco, which has been delighting the area for years with its fresh pasta. Their roasted meat agnolotti are their signature dish. For a weekend getaway, it’s a stop we always recommend!

The guys at Barred use traditional Roman ingredients, but they reinterpret them to create new dishes full of different influences. Take puntarelle, for example: they’re usually thinly sliced and dressed, but at Barred, they served them whole, with marinated anchovies and grapefruit 🔥
