It’s been around since the 5th century, when farmers and soldiers carried their meals in bamboo containers. It evolved into an art form during the Edo period, when the elite owned beautifully lacquered wooden boxes decorated with gold and mother-of-pearl. Today bento is a symbol of balance, care, and beauty - every color and every ingredient placed with intention.

So yeah, a lot goes into every burger. spends about a month to get the balance and the flavor depth just right.
