Happy Friday everyone! I just want to thank you for all the love and support over the past couple months! I fell into a dark place and needed to take a step back in order to take care of my own mental health. After a much needed break, time with friends and family, and an incredible trip to Europe, I am ready to get back to it!

Yesterday I got a package I totally forgot I ordered about a month ago! Unexpected mail is the best! But what's even better is the message and the cause behind this one!

If you've been following along you know the past couple weeks have been rough. Hell, the past couple months have been rough.
On Mondays I usually do a double class - boxing and then Muay Thai. This past Monday afternoon I was so down, I was crying in my bed an hour before class. But I also know that the gym always makes me feel better. A little exercise and my gym family lift me up no matter what. So I forced myself to go. I only stayed for one class instead of two, but that hour made such a difference to my mental health that day πŸ™πŸ»
So this is a reminder to push yourself. You know what you need and what makes you feel better. It may not always be what you want to do but push yourself just a little bit and it just might make the world of difference!

Don't forget the little wins my friends. It's the little things that make the biggest difference!
I don't know about you guys, but I am obsessed with wordle!
For those that don't know, it is a daily word puzzle and you have 6 guesses to get the 5 letter word of the day, eliminating letters on each guess.
On Monday morning I got the word on the first guess! I was so excited, and it was the best way to start my week.
Maybe a little nerdy, but it's the little things πŸ₯°

This is something that I was reminded of yesterday and wanted to share with you too!
Live your life at your own pace. There is no rulebook or timeline that you are "supposed" to follow. So don't get discouraged if you think you are behind where you should be. Whether that is in your career, personal life, relationships. You are never too old to try something new, and never too old to accomplish a goal.
The same goes for your healing journey! There is no timeline or step by step instructions on how to do it. Take your time and make sure you are doing what is best for yourself. Find what works for you, what helps you through the bad days, and what truly makes you happy πŸ’š
