Era un uomo d'affari, un pilota, un agente della CIA e persino il figlio del proprietario di una compagnia aerea. Tutto allo stesso tempo.

Marcelo Nascimento da Rocha è uno dei più grandi truffatori della storia recente del Brasile, e forse del mondo.

Basando solo su carisma, creatività e un insolito talento per inventare bugie, Marcelo ha assunto decine di false identità nel corso della sua vita. La sua truffa più audace? Spacciarsi per Henrique Constantino, figlio del proprietario della Gol Linhas Aéreas.

Con documenti falsi, abiti costosi e un linguaggio tagliente, è entrato nei palchi VIP, è apparso in programmi televisivi, ha rilasciato interviste spacciandosi per "erede miliardario" ed è stato persino onorato a feste con politici, imprenditori e celebrità. Per tutto questo tempo era ricercato dalla polizia.

Ma la farsa non si è fermata qui. Marcelo ha anche ingannato il sistema bancario americano con truffe con carte di credito, ha invaso sale riunioni spacciandosi per un agente segreto e ha persino ingannato la squadra di Fantástico, di Rede Globo, in televisione nazionale.
