Our Fiber crew is in Clarendon working on restoring communities fed from our Spaldings Hub station.

Damages to the grid are great but we are committed to restoring services across the network in a timely manner

We regret to inform our customers that our network has been impacted by another act of vandalism. Our fiber line in Colleville, Manchester was intentionally cut last night at approximately 9:00 PM, causing service disruptions in the Southern Trelawny areas.

Our technical teams are currently on site carrying out emergency repairs and working to restore services as quickly and safely as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while restoration efforts continue. Further updates will be provided as progress is made.
