SERVICE UPDATE – FALMOUTH

We are currently experiencing extensive damage to several of our transmission lines that supply the Falmouth area and surrounding communities. Our team has been working around the clock to restore service to our Falmouth Hub Station as quickly and safely as possible.

Florence Hall
Stone Brook

Our technical crews are on-site doing restoration work.

We are now working in St. Elizabeth restorting service to communities. Hurricane Mellissa caused minor damages to the network. As power is restored we are working to connect both Fiber and LTE wireless customers back to the grid
