Dear members of the Christiana Rotary Club and the Christiana community,

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you of a tragic turn of events. The two individuals whom we have been diligently assisting for the past four weeks in their time of need have unfortunately passed away. This news has deeply saddened us all, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to their families and loved ones during this difficult time.

We wanted to take a moment to express our gratitude and appreciation to each and every one of you who contributed in any way towards helping these individuals. Your generosity, selflessness, and dedication truly embody the spirit of Rotary, which is centered around service above self. Through your efforts, we were able to provide support and assistance to those who needed it most.

Let us not forget that Rotary's core mission is to make a positive impact by selflessly serving our communities. While we grieve the loss of those we were assisting, it is vital that we continue to embody the spirit of service and remain committed to helping others in need. There are countless individuals and families within our community who could benefit from our support, and we must strive to make a difference in their lives.

We encourage all members of the Christiana Rotary Club and our wider community to continue working together for the betterment of those around us. Whether it is through volunteering, fundraising, or offering a helping hand to those less fortunate, let us ensure that the legacy of service above self lives on.

Once again, we extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed their time, resources, and caring hearts to aid these two individuals. Let us carry their memory with us as we continue to serve and make a positive impact in our community.
