People say to wish your ex well, to be the bigger person. But how can I? After all the heartache, the brokenness, and the nights I went to bed feeling unloved and unworthy, I can’t bring myself to wish him anything good. I want him to feel the pain he caused me, to know what it’s like to lose confidence, to question his worth, and to go to bed with tears he can’t hold back. Maybe someday I’ll feel differently, but today I’m just being real. May God forgive me, but this is the truth my heart is holding onto.
