Towards A More Inclusive Jamaica examines the disability community's experience in the attitudinal, legal and built environments. This documentary's role is meant to be more than just one of story-telling but to be that space in the media that not only identifies the problem but campaigns for the desired results to be a reality. Though contextual and originally spoke only to the Jamaican context,

the documentary's outlook has broadened and the upcoming episodes will speak to a much wider context.

4/4....TAMIJ streak is going strong. Towards A More Inclusive Jamaica 2021 gets selected once again for a Film Festival..This time here at home.. TAMIJ was previously selected for the Paris Lift Off Film Festival (France), Sessions at Pinewood (UK) and First Time Film makers Sessions (USA).

TEAM TAMIJ HAD A BAWL!
I recently drove down to Montego Bay, St. James, Jamaica to conduct a filming for a documentary project focusing on disability. The trip was truly magical. The only drawback was that we were there for a short while....not long enough to explore what MoBay really has to offer. Our AirBnB is truly one of the hidden gems in Jamaica, with a picturesque view that is unmatched by any other in the world. I would recommend it for anyone seeking a getaway destination that is off the beaten track and assures privacy and comfort with relaxing views that have the power to heal and regenerate.
