Tomorrow, April 26th, 2025, will mark 26 years in the music industry where I have kept my head down low, not bringing too much attention to myself. I was sling shot into the industry without any experience because the artist I was working with couldn’t continue due to personal reasons.
I am not an artist, yet the table was set for an artist, so I held the rein with steady uncertainty and thrust foreword. It was like been thrown in the sea without knowing how to swim, learn or drown, “having a gun without bullet on the battlefield”.
Well I have learned to swim and is now swimming after 26 years of recording, owning a studio, producing, distributing, promoting, publishing, video production, directing, booking and producing festivals. I am pleased to announce a song by ShartyB production on the ShartyB Label that is the embodiment my full capabilities and resources.
One may say why so long, and I will say music is a journey one may take and never complete. It's an industry where no one holds your hand, some sell their soul while the rest give up and only a hand full make it without selling out their interests. But here I am with all my parts intact and fully governed by ShartyB. Let's ride, you feel me.
