Elevate is raising the bar by putting strategy and design under one roof. For us, the mission is simple: to produce out-of-the-box campaigns which utilise uniquely creative multimedia and grow our clients' businesses. And why wouldn't that be the goal with Kemal Lawrence, Rolando Prendergast, and Ca`Dien "iamtheKritik" Christie piloting the way? The three creative leaders bring style to ideation by encouraging the entire team to step up and throw out ideas. In a marketing company fuelled by design, creativity is king, and no person is too small to lead. Our brain storming sessions are a regular and every one in the office jumps in.
