Why?

Because, based on the Law of the Lid by John C Maxwell, the world's foremost expert on the subject of Leadership, "your business will never rise past your level of Leadership". Leadership is grounded in knowledge, not just passion right😉?

So my recommendation is to read or listen (audio) to books 📚from experts in your field. Then take what you learn and apply your own creativity, making it relevant to your target audience.

For color, you could use a generative AI tool like Meta AI or Llama 3 (you might even know better ones than these), to create a relevant image or video to go with your email or social post.

Not yet in stores but over the weekend, I received sneak peek insights from John C Maxwell's latest book entitled "High Road Leadership". High Road Leaders:

1. bring people together - they understand the power of people coming together for a common cause.

2. value all people, whether they like them or not. What you believe does not matter as much as how you behave, especially when there is a difference of opinions

Let us all be High Road Leaders this week 🙏
