Rapper Fetty Wap, known for hits like “Trap Queen,” has been released from federal prison earlier than expected after serving more than three years of a six-year sentence linked to a drug trafficking conviction.

The 34-year-old — real name Willie Junior Maxwell II — was transferred to home confinement in Philadelphia on January 7, 2026, and will remain under supervised release with strict conditions, including regular drug testing and financial oversight, until later this year.

Reggae Artiste Keznamdi is among 5 Jamaicans nominated for a reggae Grammy award at the upcoming ceremony set to take place Sunday, Feb. 1, at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
