Full circle moment for me. Growing up in a family deeply rooted in Jamaica, music was always at the center of my world. My grandfather, Ernest Ranglin, helped shape the sound of modern Jamaican music, and being able to now contribute to conversations about artist management on the island whose music raised us means more than I can explain.
Managing globally renowned artists and navigating today’s international music landscape makes these dialogues even more important. Talent leads, but strategy, structure, and a solid team sustain longevity.
