Three years after getting married, Keneisha Diaram attended the funeral of her 24-year-old husband, Danoy Diaram - better known as Minister Diaram and Trey, who was a pastor and musician.
Minister Diaram, who did not have any children, passed away on Tuesday - 12 May 2026.
That's the day after the motor truck transporting him and at least nine other members of the MJ Classics Band crashed at Victoria district in Clarendon.
The truck veered off the roadway and plunged down a precipice as it carried the band members, who were performing while travelling to the funeral of a local resident, Christina 'Apple' Douglas.
Minister Diaram was the only victim who died.
He was buried on the outskirts of Old Harbour in St Catherine following a thanksgiving service near May Pen in Clarendon.
According to his eulogy, Minister Diaram was baptized at age 11, and appointed as a youth minister when he was 12. Months after becoming a youth minister, he was ordained a pastor.
