في هذا الفيديو، يشرح أعضاء مجلس النواب مباشرة كيف صاغوا قانون الأصول الافتراضية ولماذا يعتبرونه خطوة محورية لتنظيم الاقتصاد الرقمي في الأردن.

يأتي هذا النشاط الذي تنفذه مؤسسة ويسمنستر للديمقراطية كجزء من برنامج متكامل لدعم الاصلاحات الديمقراطية
الممول من الاتحاد الاوروبي وتنفذه وكالة الخبرة الفرنسية بالتعاون مع الشركاء: المعهد الهولندي للديمقراطية متعددة
الاحزاب ومؤسسة ويستمنستر للديمقراطية والوكالة الفرنسية لتطوير الاعلام.
و يستمر تنفيذ هذا البرنامج إلى نهاية 2026 ويهدف إلى تعزيز العملية الديمقراطية لتكون أكثر تشاركية وشمولية
وخاضعة للمساءلة
حيث يركز البرنامج على محورين:
1. تعزيز قدرات وفرص المرأة والشباب للمشاركة بفعالية في الحياة السياسية والمدنية
2. تعزيز ودعم المؤسسات الديمقراطية لأداء دورها بفاعلية
كما و يعمل البرنامج مع الشركاء الوطنيين الرئيسيين: الهيئة المستقلة للانتخاب ووزارة الشؤون السياسية والبرلمانية
ومجلس النواب، إضافة إلى الأحزاب السياسية والمؤسسات الإعلامية
This activity implemented by Westminster Foundation for Democracy (WFD), is part of a
comprehensive/holistic programme to support democratic reforms, funded by the
European Union and implemented by Expertise France in cooperation with partners: the
Netherland Institute for Multiparty Democracy, the Westminster Foundation for
Democracy, and the Canal France International.
The implementation of this program will continue until the end of 2026 and aims to
strengthen the democratic process to be more participatory, inclusive and accountable.
The program focuses on two objectives:
1. Enhancing the capabilities and opportunities of women and youth to participate
effectively in political and civic life
2. Strengthening and supporting democratic institutions to perform their role
effectively
The program also works with national partners/counterparts : the Independent Election
Commission, the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs, and the House of
Representatives, in addition to political parties and media institutions.
