✨ From the traditional Japanese restaurant Asada, a new Vegan Kaiseki course has arrived!
Completely free of animal-derived ingredients—including bonito flakes, eggs, dairy, and honey—this menu is carefully crafted using a kombu and vegetable broth, along with dried goods, grains, and seasonal vegetables, all prepared with the refined techniques of Japanese cuisine.
Asada has five locations: Akasaka, Aoyama, Nihonbashi, Otemachi, and Nagoya.
These dishes are gentle on the body and nourishing for the soul. 🍃
Reservations required at least three days in advance.

【Blanc Rouge Summer course Menu d’été /ブラン ルージュ 夏限定コース ムニュ・デテ】

At Blanc Rouge, the main dining room of the 東京ステーションホテル/ The Tokyo Station Hotel, which is celebrating its 110th anniversary, a limited-time summer course menu called Menu d’été is now being served.

Featuring carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan—including Ise lobster, uni (sea urchin), Tokyo beef, and lamb—each dish is prepared using classic French techniques and presented in a kaiseki-style (multi-course) format.

One standout dish combines lightly seared Ise lobster with rich, alum-free uni, creating an exquisite pairing. It goes especially well with the freshly baked bread sprinkled with sakura shrimp powder.

This sensory journey through Japan’s seasonal flavors is available only from June 1 to August 19, 2025.

Let us introduce one of Nagami’s popular summer desserts 🍧—a Nagami original kakigori (shaved ice) available only in July. It's a much-loved dish, with many customers wishing it were available year-round.

The dessert features two types of kanten (agar jelly), peach compote, biseikan (a type of citrus), and cherries, offering a delightful variety of flavors. The ice is shaved into a light, fluffy texture and mixed with wasanbon syrup, a refined traditional Japanese sugar.
