I never felt this strong yet this vulnerable in my entire life. I knew my body was doing something incredible, but that didn’t mean I felt strong the whole time. There were so many moments when I felt scared, weak, and unsure. And this whole pregnancy and even giving birth didn’t really feel real to me until I heard her cry and finally got to hold her. 🥹 This journey made me realize that being scared doesn’t mean I’m not brave. That I can feel weak and still be strong. And that I can be vulnerable and still get through something I never thought I could.

And I really couldn’t have done this without my husband too. 🥹💖 He was there through all of it, and having him beside me made everything a little less scary. Now we’re home with our baby, both recovering and slowly taking everything in. So much has happened in such a short time, and we’re still learning this new version of us, one day at a time. 💖

JC and I visited the matcha bar we used to go to when we were just starting out as content creators. Actually hindi pa nga kami content creators noon eh. 😅 We just love trying out cafès.Back then, We were still working as PT sa hospital and clinic. After work, I’d look for a coffee shop, magt-try ng drinks and I’d post photos or little reviews just because I genuinely enjoyed sharing them. One way na din yun para makapag destress ako! 😅 I never imagined it would eventually become my career. 🥹

Isa tong Shizu Matcha Bar sa naging favorite namin! 🍵 Going back today, this time at their new branch felt so nostalgic. It reminded me how much life can change in just a few years. They’ve grown from one branch to opening a new one. And kami naman ni JC, we’ve entered a whole new chapter of our lives too. From being mag-jowa who spent our free time café hopping & traveling, we’re now married, about to become parents, and still making memories together.

I guess this was my little reminder that growth doesn’t always happen overnight. One day you’ll revisit a place that witnessed your beginnings, and you’ll realize life really does get better with time. 🤍
