NESARA / GESARA is a long-standing conspiracy theory often used in scams to deceive people.
The truth is that it has no basis in reality and is not true.
Here is an explanation of what it is and how it is used in scams:
What is "NESARA / GESARA"?
• NESARA: This originally stood for "National Economic Security and Recovery Act." It was a real legislative proposal created by a private citizen in America during the 1990s. It aimed to reform the tax and banking systems. However, this proposal was never passed, debated, or enacted into law.
• GESARA: This is the "Global" version of the theory ("Global Economic Security and Reformation Act").
Conspiracy theorists took the "NESARA" name and created their own story. According to them, NESARA/GESARA is a secret law that was allegedly passed but is being hidden by powerful people (the "deep state," "cabal," or "elites").
The promises of this fake "NESARA/GESARA" include:
1. Total Debt Forgiveness: It supposedly will erase all personal debts, such as mortgages, credit cards, and student loans.
2. Release of "Prosperity Funds": Billions of dollars (sometimes called "humanitarian funds") will allegedly be released and distributed to everyone, making everyone rich.
3. New Financial System (QFS): The current banking system will supposedly be replaced by a "Quantum Financial System" (QFS) that is backed by gold. (This is what you saw in the previous post).
4. Abolition of Taxes: Income tax will supposedly be eliminated.
How is this Used by Scammers?
These promises (no debt, instant wealth) are very appealing, which makes it easy for scammers to find victims. Here are their common methods:
1. Currency Scam (Iraqi Dinar, Vietnamese D**g, etc.): This is the most popular scam. The scammer will claim that once GESARA is announced, all world currencies will "re-value." They will urge you to buy "cheap" currencies like the Iraqi Dinar, Vietnamese D**g, or Zimbabwean Dollar at a low price. The promise: once the "re-valuation" happens, your $100 worth of Dinar will become $1 million. This is a 100% scam. Currency values do not work this way.
2. Investment Scams (Crypto, "Humanitarian Funds"): They will ask you for money as an "investment" or "donation" to "speed up" the release of the GESARA funds. Or, they might have you invest in a fake cryptocurrency supposedly connected to the QFS.
3. Asking for Personal Information: They will say they need your bank account details or personal information to "deposit" your "prosperity funds." This is a phishing attempt to steal the money in your bank account.
4. Selling "Memberships" or "Certificates": They will sell fake certificates or memberships to "GESARA groups," claiming you need these to participate in the new system.
In short, NESARA / GESARA is a fantasy. It is a fabricated story that preys on people's hopes for a better life to steal their hard-earned money. No government or legitimate bank in the world recognizes it.
