Kilala nyo ba sya?

Paano nga ba ang isang health advocate at doctor ay nagkaroon ng cancer? Samantalang walang bisyo at sobrang ingat sa mga kinakain at sa katawan niya mismo.

Minsan di mo maiiwasan mag isip na life is unfair, dahil kung sino pa minsan yung mga taong malakas magbisyo at kumakain nag kahit ano eh umaabot pa ng 80 to 90 years old.

The answer according kay Dr. WIllie Ong mismo, ay marahil caused ng so much stress dahil sa mga pangbabash sa kanya na nababasa nya sa social media.

gaano ba kahalaga ang tinatawag na mental toughness? Ang sagot? kasing halaga po ito ng health mo dahil ang emotion at pag-iisip natin ay part pa rin ng overall health natin.

Karamihan ng mga taong nagkakasakit na malubha sa katawan ay resulta ng stress or imbalance mentally and emotionally. Proving further na lahat ay naapektuhan ng pag-iisip natin.

I pray that if meron ka mang pinagdaraanan, if meron ka mang dinadamdam, if meron ka mang kinikimkim na sama ng loob, or sobrang dami ng worry mo. I pray that you learn to let go and learn to dance with life.

Always remember, may mga bagay man sa mundo na hindi natin control, pero alalahanin mo you have the power over your own thoughts and actions.

Not being able to cope sa stress ay isang silent killer. Sabi nga don't be too serious with life, minsan ka lang dadaan dito.

Madali kumita ng malaking pera basta tangalin mo eto negative mindset na to.

Hnd ko kaya yan,Hnd ko linya yan, hnd ako magaling jn,my edad na ako,para sakanila lang yan hnd para sakin yan.. etc…

If hnd mo tatangalin yan ganyan mentality believe me akala mo tuloy buong buhay mo mahirap kumita ng malaking pera na darating ang point aasa ka nalang sa swerte.

Wala yan sa tagal sa isang lugar or magaling sa language ang botton line is willing kaba at open kaba laging sumubok ng panibagong diskarte sa buhay??

If willing ka lagi sumubok ng bagong diskarte sa buhay maniwala ka sakin tatamaan mo din ang gusto mo sa buhay.
