Friendly amateur football group in Kobe. People from many countries play with us. Please respect each other and be polite.

Time: Every Thursday, 7:00–9:00 PM

✅ A. Format & Organization

Max 18 players → 3 teams, 6v6, 10-minute games, rotating.

Shoot only after crossing the halfway line.

Each team has 1 captain. Captains manage subs/goalkeepers and talk to solve disputes.

Closest players decide throw-ins/handball/corners. Players far away stay quiet.

No sliding tackles. Avoid kicks from behind, pushing or pulling. If someone falls, stop and check.

✅ B. Conflict Protocol

Anyone may shout “STOP!” if they feel fouled or unsafe → play stops.

Two captains talk quickly (≤30s) and calm teammates. Others step back and stay quiet.

If no agreement → safe restart (unpressured restart or drop ball at the spot).

Discipline steps (by organizers or duty captain):

⚠️ Warning (noted) → 2) Sit one game → 3) Leave for the night.

Abuse, threats, discrimination, retaliation fouls, or fighting = zero tolerance and may mean long-term no sign-up.

Do not stay silent and retaliate later. Say it, stop the game, let captains handle it.

Big disputes that cannot be solved on site: please handle legally yourselves.

✅ C. Fees & Sign-up

¥1,000 per person per session, pay before playing. Same fee if late.

First come, first served. If you cannot come, please tell us early so a standby can join.

✅ D. Gear & Clothing

Shoes: AG / HG / MG allowed; TF (turf) shoes recommended for safety.

Wear the red/yellow “Kobe Cowboy” vest (bib) for team split.

First time and no vest? You can get one free at the field.

Lost it and need another? ¥1,000 replacement (required to play).

Bring water and a towel. Glasses wearers, protect yourselves. Shin guards are recommended.

✅ E. Venue & Safety

No smoking, alcohol, or food at the field. Keep the place clean and follow staff rules.

If someone is injured, stop play and help. In an emergency call 119 (ambulance/fire). For police, call 110.

You join at your own risk. Please judge your fitness and play safely.

✅ F. Organizers

Gaven Zhang, Binghao Wang, 于天 （Kejing Wang）organize the games.

If all three are absent, we will name a duty captain for that night.

By joining, you agree to these rules. Organizers may adjust rules when needed.
