Hi Friends!

Sophie and Phin are so excited and happy tonight after seeing how many people watched and shared their first two drawing lessons! They wanted me to say "Thanks for watching!" I also want to say thank you for showing them so much support today, it really meant a lot and I wish you could all see the excitement on their little faces. They are practicing up on drawing new characters for a new set of videos to come soon, so stay tuned!!!

A NOTE FROM SOPHIE AND PHIN'S DAD:

Hi friends and family!

So our family did something very exciting and pretty unusual this past weekend, and we did it as a family! As many of you know, my kids love to draw. They also love to spend hours watching YouTube lessons and drawing along with the teacher as they watch. These two have been on my case for the past six months or so to let them make some video lessons for other kids to watch, and I finally set aside a day to help them create their very first video lessons!

We took over the kitchen and I set up my professional lights and cameras, and their Mom and I just pressed record and let them do their thing, and we didn't really know what to expect. Turns out these kids had a full on plan of exactly how this was going to go, and they created two really well-done video lessons! They truly inspired their Mom and I, so we decided since they were so proactive and determined about this, the least we could do is give them as big a platform as we can. Sophie and Phin's Mom whipped up some really cute graphics for their page, and I edited the videos, and this truly became a project for our whole family!

I am so proud of these two. They are both so creative and confident that they are going to build a big following with these videos! It's so cute to hear them making plans and speculating on how many people will see their video. They are definitely growing up in a different world than their mom and I did, and I think they're going to do great : )
