ユニバーサル・スタジオ・ジャパン / Universal Studios Japan (USJ) - This might be useful for some people... I've detailed how to book tickets online for both entry to the park as well as express passes. You seriously should organize express passes before you go, it might cost a little extra but it's 100% worth it!

Mount Fuji | Fujisan - Fujikawaguchiko Onsen Konanso - If gong to Mount Fuji is a once in a lifetime experience, make it memorable and look for a 'Ryokan' (traditional japanese inn for travellers) but they do get fully booked so check rates and ability early on in your planning stages. We managed to get a couple of rooms at this Ryokan and it was a great experience

Hello Kitty Chinese Cuisine - The first one in the world offering Chinese cuisine and where else but Hong Kong :) Kitty (not really a cat) might not be everyones cup of jasmine tea but at least the food was reasonable and smiles all around from those who simply love Hello Kitty

Bankara Ramen - One of my new favorite spots in Bangkok for Japanese Ramen. We're fortunate to have a great range of good quality ramen choices with some Michelin recommended places, but so far this one has the edge. It's got to be good when it's also frequented with lineups of Japanese Ex-Pats!

Japan Rail & The JR PASS

Slowly getting started on some Japan Travel blogs... probably the best place to start and a valuable piece of information to share for those who haven't been to Japan before... the JR Pass! Bali, known as the Island of the Gods. This photo is probably one of my favorites that I've taken in a while and what a wonderful experience this trip was. Even though Bali has always been at my doorstep, this was my first trip over and as always, was well looked after with culture and of course FOOD :)
